Deviation Actions
So, since my last journal update, I lost my job at the bank, was on unemployment for a year, gave up finding office work and got a retail job. I then had to move from Pennsylvania to Kentucky when my stepdad lost his job at the same bank, and could not find work in PA. I then worked at an Amazon warehouse for the holiday season, got fired because I was just barely able to keep up with their rates, and then got a job at Kroger.
I am also no longer a brony, I haven't been for at least 2 or 3 years now. (I will not be joining any more fandoms, I will be a fan of things but not that deep.)
Just this past month, I went back to college to get my Bachelor's Degree. So I've got a 40 hour a week job and 2 classes (1 is online) to keep me from having any free time. Any time playing video games, doing internet things, or even if I draw something - it's all procrastination. Also, I have discovered that my little sister has joined this site, and I am kind of worried about it ~ she's waist deep in that darn jump scare robot restaurant's fandom. And of the people commenting on her work, I think they're pulling her down with their depression, not in the comments, but in their own art galleries.
Sooo... here's my plans on what I am going to try and do here now:
De-ponify my profile. It makes me cringe just a bit.
See what I can come up with that's original. - I already have an idea on how to redesign a character I tried to design that should still be in my gallery on here. (the ghost with a skull)
Finish what I think is the last playthrough I need to do of Undertale to not have anything spoiled for me. (I just can't beat the [final?] genocide boss!)
What I'm NOT going to do:
Any comics. If I intend to tell any sort of story, I'm sorry, but it's going to be in writing. I might make some drawings related to things I write, but that's it.
Any fanfiction. I'm not going to let myself look like a weirdo. I know this kind of stuff pulls more traffic than original content, but I don't know... my gallery is already an example of shifting my focus too much.
Update anything on a schedule. Such a thing can't happen with work and school going on as well!

When I was 9, my mom told me she reserved a copy of Pokemon Yellow for me for Christmas.
But that one tsunami hit the factory/warehouse and many copies were ruined, cancelling my copy.
Now! I am 25 and can finally play this! I'm going to get the Bulbasaur in the game and raise it like I raised the one I had in the 90's. It won't be exact, because my Bulbasaur was lost to the dead battery of Crystal version.
Meanwhile, I've been meaning to draw something or write something, but since I'm back in college while working full time, I haven't had the chance. Midterms are next week, followed by spring break.
